Pro Am Tournment - July 12th
The Pro-Am is at Deer Creek on Sunday July 12th starting at 9:00 AM with the foursomes
being randomly selected by handicap (as before), and will be posted on-line by Friday
July 10th.
The deadline for registering is Saturday, July 5th. If you have not already registered
and intend to play, please contact Al Dagys at 708-687-3507 or
ArunasD@sbcglobal.net by July 5th.
Congratulations Are In Order
Congratulations to Kristy and Nik Balta on the birth of their daughter, Mia Elaine.
Mia was born Mon. June 8 at 2:48pm. She weighed 8 lbs and was 20 inches. Mom, Dad
and big sister, Anie are doing well . Congrats also to the new grandma, Donna Balta.
More Congratulations Are In Order
Contratulations to Tom Vaitkus for his Hole-In-One Saturday June 27th at Silver
Lake North on hole #4 with a pitching wedge. The other members of the foursome witnessing
this great feat were Paul Dagys, Linas Cepele, and Rytas Kleiza.
A little reminder to all Match Play participants, you are encouraged to play your
matches in a timely manner. Please try not to fall behind the schedule as we would
like to have all matches completed by the end of our season. Thanks in advance for
your cooperation.

Membership Dues
Club dues of $40 adults, $10 juniors 15 to 18 years, under 15 years free, can be
paid at anytime but must be paid prior to June 1st. If you have not paid you will
be removed from the handicap list. Please make your check payable to "CLGK" and
give your check to Chet Baksys at this tournament or mail it to him at:
